As Regional Manager of a state I led my team to deliver results during the tough times of COVID pandemic. My managers noticed our hard work and when an opportunity came, not only was I rewarded with a State Head position but was also given additional responsibility of managing a neighbouring state. I am grateful to the company for this growth opportunity.
